
OPEN-AIR MARKET TERMS OF AGREEMENT
BILLING: Vendor must be current on all fees, paid in advance by credit card through Boondocks website. After checkout is completed, for the recurring option, dues are automatically charged to the credit card provided. Charges occur weekly on Thursday morning and apply to the following Saturday. Cancellation of payment must be made by end of the day Wednesday.
Payments are non-refundable. Boondocks Open-Air Market is open rain or shine. No allowance will be made for inclement weather. Sub-letting of spaces is not allowed without express permission.
BOOTH INFO: Vendor spaces are 10’x10’. Two spaces may be purchased for a 10’x20′ space. Vendor must supply their own tables, tents, displays, and other setup equipment. Sale of merchandise must be contained within your designated vendor space. Vendors are required to take all boxes, trash and debris from their booth and merchandise with them. Trash receptacles provided are for customer use only. Vendors are not allowed to use Boondocks dumpsters. Please be courteous of your neighbors at all times. Power is available upon request.
MERCHANDISE: Boondocks does not guarantee any items sold or any items will be sold by vendors. Sale of counterfeit or “knock-off” merchandise is prohibited.
Alcohol, other beverages and prepared food are not allowed to be sold, given away or otherwise distributed unless otherwise approved by Boondocks. No obscene materials, firearms, games of chance, fireworks or stolen merchandise allowed. Dangerous chemicals, any substance that could be hazardous to the public – drugs or drug paraphernalia are strictly prohibited.
Management has sole discretion to decide what falls under these categories.
HOURS OF OPERATION: On the day of the event, vendors may arrive no earlier than 7AM and must be fully set up, ready for business at 9AM. Vendors must remain open until 2PM. Vendor booth space must be completely vacated by 3PM. Vendor is responsible for keeping their respective booths clean, leaving no trash, boxes or materials behind.
PARKING: Boondocks parking lots are for customers only. Vendors must park vehicles/trailers on Old State Road 4A behind the building. No loading/unloading during market hours of operation.
LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND LIABILITY: Vendors are responsible for the collection and remittance of their own sales tax. Vendors must abide by all Federal, State and County laws, regulations and ordinances, and are responsible for all necessary permits and licenses required. Management has the right to make changes in rates, rules and regulations as necessary.
HOLD HARMLESS: Vendor and vendor employees agree to hold harmless Boondocks from any liability which may occur while on property. The vendor agrees to waive any and all liability of L.J.Gators LLC d/b/a Boondocks Grille & Draft House for claims, actions or damages.
