Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift/carry bus tubs, glass racks, be on your feet for long periods
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask
• Must be a team player with a can do attitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining bus stations for all areas of the restaurant, taking full bus tubs and silverware bins to kitchen and replacing stations with clean ones
• Running glass racks from stations and bar area to dishwasher
• Stocking clean glasses behind bar
• Emptying garbage cans when needed
• Cleaning off and wiping down tables throughout the restaurant between guests
• Breaking down cardboard boxes and disposing in recycle dumpster at the end of the night
